3 tbs butter

1 lb filet beef

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp Worchester sauce

1 tsp Dijon

2 tbs chives, chopped

1 tbs parsley, chopped

8 crepes

 

Melt butter in skillet, add meat and brown quickly.  Stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worchester sauce, Dijon, chives and parsley.  Heat to boil.  Fill warm crepe with meat and juices.  Fold and serve.
