Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

20 or so mushrooms

2 shallots, finely chopped

1 stick of butter

½ cup dry white wine

½ lb crab meat or more

½ lb or wedge of gorgonzola cheese

Bread crumbs

 

Pull stems from mushrooms and chop.  Add mushrooms stem and shallots to melted butter.  Cook in fry pan, add ½ cup dry white wine.  Fill a glass of white wine for yourself.  Cook down.  Add crab meat, cheese and bread crumbs till it’s a sticky paste.  Form ball and stick back in mushroom caps.  Bake or brown till hot and juicy.
