Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

10 cloves        garlic

½ cup              vinegar

1 cup               oil

12 slices         bread with crust cut off

1 tsp                salt

½ tsp               pepper

 

Blend to consistency using hot water.  Makes very creamy looking sauce.

Recipe anecdote:    I used this as a choice to put on fish at a small coast restaurant that I created.  It’s good over eggplant, etc.
