7 tsp butter or margarine

½ cup sugar

4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

4 egg yolks

5 egg whites

1 tbs breadcrumbs

1-1/4 cups ground almonds

Heat oven to 350˚. Beat butter or margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl. Put chocolate in oven to soften, then add to butter mixture. Add egg yolks, one at a time to the mixture. Add breadcrumbs and almonds to the mix. Whip egg whites until peaked. Add to chocolate mixture. Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake in 325˚ oven for 1 hour.
