Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

¼ cup olive oil

3 cloves          garlic, minced

1                      large onion

2 tbs                fresh parsley

1-4oz can       chopped chiles

1 can               stewed tomatoes

1 can               beef broth

2 cans             chicken broth

2-15 oz cans  tomato sauce

1-12 oz can    corn (liquid too)

1 tsp                cumin

1 tsp                chili powder

1 tsp                salt

1 tsp                pepper

1 tbs                Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce

1-1/2 tbs         Lea & Perrins steak sauce

1 cup               water

5                      large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

2 cups             cheddar cheese, grated

1 bag              tortilla chips

                        sour cream and sliced onions (optional)

 

Sauté onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil.  Add all ingredients except chicken, cheese, chips, sour cream and olives.  Simmer slowly, covered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.  Add chicken and heat.  To serve, put chips in bottom of bowl, add soup, and top with cheese, sour cream and olives.
