Green Beans-Side Dish

Recipe ingredients and directions:
3 slices bacon (pepper bacon can be used).
1 tsp bacon fat
1 onion, chopped
½ cup catsup
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup sugar
2-1 lb cans green beans, drained
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain off excess fat. Crumble bacon and add bacon fat and
onions. Sauté together over medium heat
until the onion is tender. Add catsup,
vinegar, sugar, and green beans. Mix
together, coating the beans with the other ingredients and bake 30 minutes in a
preheated 350 degree oven. Enjoy!
