Butter Chicken Sauce-Entrée

8 pieces chicken drumsticks or wings
1 tsp salt
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups water
Chicken Preparation:
Preheat the oven at
325˚ F. Put the pieces of chicken
in a mixing bowl. Add the salt and the
chicken bouillon. Mix everything. Put the chicken in an oven dish. Spray cooking oil or dot small pieces of
butter on the chicken. Bake the chicken
for 45 minutes (until it’s cooked), check every 20 minutes.
Peanut Butter Sauce
Preparation:
In a medium pan, .heat the
vegetable oil. Add the green onion and
the tomatoes until cooked. Mix the
peanut butter with water until completely blended. Pour the mixture in the pan on the stove. Let the sauce simmer until it becomes thick.
Finally put the pieces of
chicken in the sauce and let it simmer 15 minutes.
White rice is an excellent
side dish for this sauce. Bonne
