1 cup fromage blanc

½ cup crème fraiche

1 lemon

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tbsp chives, minced

1 shallot, finely minced

fine sea salt

fresh ground black pepper

4 slices toasted walnut levain bread

 

Whip the fromage blanc and crème fraiche with the juice and grated zest of the lemon and the rest of the ingredients.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Spread on the toasted walnut bread.
