4 6 oz Wild Alaskan Salmon

1 cup hazelnuts

2 eggs

3/4 cup bread crumbs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

 

Debone and cut 4 6 oz fillets Alaskan Wild Salmon.

Season with salt and pepper.

Toast and finely grind hazelnuts, mix together with bread crumbs.

Mix eggs, lemon juice.

Dredge salmon in egg mixture and then coat with the hazelnut breadcrumbs mix.

Bake on lightly oiled sheet pan, for 10-12 minutes. 350˚.
