Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

1 side of wild Alaskan salmon

1 tsp. Kosher or sea salt

1 tsp. course ground black pepper

1/2 bunch fresh dill

2 lemons

2 cups white wine (inexpensive Chardonnay)

 

Side of Salmon, make sure all the pin bones are out.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Squeeze the juice of the 2 lemons, remove any seeds.

Chop the dill and sprinkle on top. C

over the pan with the white wine.

Bake 350˚ for 10-15 minutes.
