Batter:                                                             Filling:

½ cup butter                                                   1 lb cottage cheese

½ cup sugar                                                   2 tbsp butter

2 eggs                                                            1 egg

¾ milk                                                             1 tsp sugar

1-1/4 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

 

Mix batter ingredients until smooth.  Stir filling ingredients together.  Alternate layers of batter and filling, starting with batter.  Bake in a 9” pan at 350° for 1 hour.
