Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

2 lb frozen hash browns potatoes, (cubed) thawed

1 pint sour cream

8 oz shredded cheese

½ cup butter, melted

¼ cup onion, chopped

2 tsp seasoned salt

2-1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed

¼ cup butter (yes, again), melted

 

Mix first six ingredients in large bowl.  Spread evenly in greased 9” x 11” baking dish.  Mix cornflakes and butter, sprinkle over potatoes.

 

Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly and top is brown.
