1 package Knorr’s Onion soup
mix
London Broil, have butcher
slice thin so you can roll-up
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Dijon mustard
Beef stock
Onion, sliced thin
Cream of celery soup (or
mushroom)
Dill pickles
Bacon
Take slice of London broil,
spread dab of mustard, place bacon, onion and pickle and roll up and secure
with toothpick. Repeat.
In large pan, place oil and
meat, brown on all sides. Add ½ to ¾
soup mixed with beef broth, add enough liquid to cover meat ½ way. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove meat from pan. To liquid add soup and simmer about 10
minutes, pour over meat and serve.
