Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

1 large canned peaches (approx. 29 oz)

1 large canned pears

1 canned pineapple (approx. 20 oz)

1/3 cup brown sugar

1-1/2 tsp curry powder (or to taste)

 

Drain syrup from all canned fruit and place in casserole pan.

Combine sour cream, brown sugar and curry powder.

Spoon mixture over fruit.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
