5 tbs butter
½ cup chopped almonds
1 package Yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 small package instant
vanilla pudding
¾ cup dry white wine
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp nutmeg
Powdered sugar to dust on
finished cake.
Generously grease bunt cake
pan with soft butter.
Sprinkle inside of pan with
chopped almonds.
Place all ingredients of
cake in large bowl of electric mixer.
Blend together on low and
then beat on high for at least 5 minutes or until batter is smooth and fluffy.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes or until
cake just begins to pull away from sides of pan.
Turn out cake on to cake
plate and dust with powdered sugar.
