Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

2 tbs oil

1 tbs garlic

1 tbs ginger

½ cup flaked cooked crab meat/shrimp

4 cups cooked rice

½ cup chopped green onion

1 tbs soy sauce

¼ tb salt

 

Heat oil in a wok, and put garlic and ginger first for 1-2 minutes.

Add crab/shrimp.

Stir fry until very hot.

Add rice and stir fry until rice is fried.

Add soy sauce, green onion and sprinkle salt over.

Toss well to mix.

Add more salt if necessary.

Serve hot.
