Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

½ medium onion, chopped

juice of one lemon

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp dry parsley

¼ tsp dry mustard

¼ tsp red pepper

½ tsp celery seed

¾ tsp curry powder

1 tbs ketchup

1 tbs paprika

1 tbs horseradish, wet

2 cups mayonnaise

 

Mix above ingredients in blender.  Let stand in refrigerator.  Serve with assortment of raw vegetables.  Keeps one month in refrigerator.
