Recipe ingredients and directions:

 

3-28 oz bottles champagne

1 fifth brandy

1 fifth dark rum

1 pt triple sec

1 qt pineapple juice

1 qt orange juice

1 bottle sparkling water

1 pt strong tea

4 lemons, thinly sliced

 

Mix brandy, rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, orange juice, sliced lemons and chill.  When ready to serve add champagne, sparkling water and ice.

 

Recipe source:       Edward Joseph Flynn, my grandfather, served this punch at all of his holiday parties.  As you can see from the ingredients, Eddie’s Punch almost always guarantees a lively bunch.
